We're very sorry if a defective product has slipped through our fingers, and we will gladly replace it if you shoot us an email or just drop it in the mail with a note.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
If the return is used or not in its original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you that we have rejected your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of mailing the returned item, first check with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
