Using Nipplomats is easy:

Prep your skin. Make sure skin is clean, completely dry, and free of lotion or oils.
Peel & apply. Remove each Nipplomat from the backing, center it over your nipple, and press firmly into place.
Remove & reuse. Gently peel off after wearing and place it back on the original plastic film. If it gets dirty or less sticky, wash with warm soapy water and air dry.
