Using The Perk Up is easy:

  1. PREP — Clean and dry skin, then peel off the lower backing.
  2. LIFT — Position just above the areola, remove the upper backing, lift, and press firmly.
  3. REPEAT — Apply to the other side, then gently remove and discard after wear.
