Just peel off the adhesive backing, stick near the front inside sole of each shoe, and replace every 3 months or 3,000 miles. Each liner measures 7 x 2.9 x .04 in, or 18 x 7.5 x .2 cm, and is designed for odor control near the front of the shoe, not as a full-length insole.

Using Flat Liners Footwear Odor Killers is easy:

  1. Wipe the inside of each shoe so the adhesive can stick properly.
  2. Once dry, peel off the paper backing and place one liner near the front inside sole of each shoe.
  3. Replace every 3 months or 3,000 miles to maintain odor-fighting freshness.
